A native of Niagara Falls, Dan and wife Amanda moved to Atlanta in 2013. after receiving his MFA in Computer Graphics Design from RIT in Rochester, NY. It was his thesis project, Perceptions of Poverty, that captured our attention. The four-minute film demonstrated not only Dan’s capacity for empathy, but his skills as a designer, music producer, film maker, sound editor, photographer, and voice over talent. After working in advertising at Eric Mower + Associates, he became Interactive Art Director at You42, a music and entertainment start up. Carol Vick is Good Thinking’s fairy godmother. Whatever we need, whatever we wish, Carol seems to wave a magic wand and make it so. Born in California, raised in Florida, co-founder of The Creative Circus, graduate of Choctawhatchee High School in Fort Walton Beach, alumnus of Cypress College in Orange County and Atlanta College of Art, bullet points cannot describe the value she brings to us. Five of our current board members were introduced to us by Carol. Humanity, empathy, practicality, wisdom, and calm are the other “small” gifts she brings to Good Thinking.
